DiamondClean 9000Sonic electric toothbrush with app

This toothbrush is amazing. It’s like going to the dentist every day!

I’m absolutely thrilled with the Sonic Electric Toothbrush DiamondClean 9000 HX9913. The soft, flexible bristles reach even the deepest parts of my teeth, providing a thorough clean from plaque and dirt while being gentle on my gums. The Sonicare app is incredibly useful, allowing you to track the condition of your brush attachment. When it starts to wear out, the app alerts you so you can easily order a replacement. It also provides a personalized progress report, showing how well you’ve been doing over time. A full charge lasts at least 14 days, which is very convenient; especially while traveling. The toothbrush also features a built-in smart pressure sensor that vibrates if you're brushing too hard, helping you maintain the right pressure. After three weeks of use, I’m extremely satisfied. I’ve noticed that I’m more motivated to brush my teeth regularly. I absolutely love this purchase and would highly recommend it!

This is my third sonicare and I love how well they clean but they have some issues. Had to get a new one to replace my last one which just decided to stop working. It was about two years old and just wouldn’t turn on one day then wound randomly come on on it’s own. This new one randomly changes settings and I have to start over in the app and read how to adjust them only to have it change back to the previous setting whenever it gets a wild hair.

I do so love having Sonicare level clean teeth. This is my fourth or fifth, I have lost count. The registration process is not good. The App did not recognize the unit and I bought it from Costco. I entered a number for the model, seems sort of correct. I wish they lasted longer. I have been a Sonicare user for ~23 years. They do a great job of cleaning teeth.

Great toothbrush when it works. If any water or toothpaste gets into the power button, it’s done. Only had this toothbrush for less than 9 months and it takes forever to turn the brush on, randomly starts up in the middle of the night, or will not turn off if it ever come on in the first place. The problem I believe is that the power button may not be fully sealed allowing moisture to get trapped and interrupting the connection from the power button. Get my teeth really clean when it works.

It started out great upon until my toothbrush stopped charging and the error code said that it wasn’t charging due to the charging base being incorrect. It’s the only charging base I’ve got and it worked when I first bought it. And now I can’t return it and it seems likes there’s no support for my toothbrush. I paid almost $200 for this brush and didn’t even get a whole month out of it. Very sad!!!!

Purchased this brush 3 months ago. I went to change the head because it was due and when I put the new one on it doesn’t brush anymore. Same brush head made by Phillips. I’ve been a Sonicare user for over 16 years and this is the worst experience yet! Do not buy!

This is an expensive piece of junk. I bought one for around $200 and it broke after a few months use. The head that holds the brush came off. I bought another one for $200 and the same thing happened after a few months of use. Tried to fix this one myself but what an unbelievable pain in the neck. It is rediculous to pay that much for a product and have it work for a few months. Rip off!!!!!!!!!!

I have had at least three Sonicare Diamond Clean handles that you have to press extremely hard on the On button to get it to turn on. This condition develops over time until you eventually throw it out. The latest ones I bought from Costco as a two pack it was the 9000 series with the Bluetooth app. I think it is their top of the line unit. Well I have a black and a white handle units in my two pack. I just looked at the app and I synced up 126 days ago. You have to have your phone near the device to sync, so it isn't very useful. The app must be a gimmick. Everybody has some kind of app now a days. Well the black handle brush is getting extremely difficult to turn on. I looked through the reviews and a person that rated them at a 3 has the same issue. Three strikes and you might be out. May be time to go back to Oral-B.
