Have a older model great product, However cannot find one to purchase

This one is so great, I have and love for 5 years, YES 5 years (the same one) and now I’m gonna do an upgrade buy another one, because the battery on it stopped holding energy, But still works perfectly when I charge and try use it quickly it is a pity bit I’m going to “retire” it haha

If unit wouldn't turn on after charging, press on button for 30 seconds, release, wait a few seconds, then try to return on.

I love this trimmer! I can even shave my legs with it. Has a lot of power. Good quality!

Product is designed and built very well. Charges quickly and holds charge for a long time. Very easy to use and produces great results. Would buy again.

This was a nice groomer for a few years until it started rattling itself to death! Even after cleaning it out and double checking to make sure it was all tight. Bummer!

After several months of using this, none of the cutting heads attach securely. This problem has ruined my beard twice, and I have to go back to being clean shaven until I can afford a better beard trimmer. :-(

I purchased my multigroom about six months ago, for the first 3-4 of months I thought that this was the best groomer I had ever purchased, in fact, I liked it so much I purchased two more for my sons. I use my groomer every day for no more than 3-4 minutes. After about 4 months of use the attachments were not securing well to the handle, over the next month or two the attachments fit so loosely on the handle that upon turning on the groomer the attachment will vibrate itself off the handle. I've been using the groomer but I have to firmly plant my thumb against the attachment so that it functions and to keep it from falling off the handle. My sons are having the same problem, I'm shopping for a new groomer, it won't be Norelco.

The battery goes very fast after 8 months, no way to use it. I also went for warranty. They repaired, they thought they repaired but it was exactly the same battery life. If you charge it full your can get only one minute use. If you charge it less then full you can get 2 minutes or something like that. It was crazy to use
