Philips Norelco OneBladeFace + Body

I have always wanted something like this. Works very well as advertised.

I have had this for almost 4 years which was given to on my birthday. The shaver is perfect in trimming my beard the way I want it . Problem is the #1 grey attachments is what I use and has WORN out will not stay ON . The blades are perfect, battery is perfect all except this 1 grey piece. I have tried repeatedly to get Phillips to send me another one but nobody with SUPPORT can understand what I am asking for . They barely speak English and can’t even spell my name correctly, I finally got somebody on the phone who spoke good English but after explaining the lady what I needed for 30 minutes she kept repeatedly trying to sell me new blades. I finally gave up and went to the store to buy another $49 which doesn’t come with only 4 worthless body attachments that do not even work correctly. I called again and they said the new one blade doesn’t come with the purple bag with all the extra attachments. Therefore now I have too start all over again to search out another brand that will work for me as I hate shaving completely and like the stumble look and feel . So even that this is exactly what I need and works perfectly except for a $1.00 grey piece that’s worn out , I cannot get any satisfaction from SUPPORT to listen to common sense.
