Wireless speaker

I purchased this item for a great price and I was utterly impressed with the sound clarity. This is not a rap bass speaker and was not designed to be one. Its about clarity. I run this speaker at 3/4 volume because that is where it sounds best. Its LOUD and never gets muddy unless you play rap with heavy bass notes the whole time.It has good bass but its light and not very deep. Perfect for country , rock and similar music types. I recommend you stay at least a few feet away from speaker so all the sound frequencies can combine before you hear them or else it will sound strange. Great Speaker overall and Philips did a great job designing this product.

I was surprised how loud the speaker was, even when running on battery. Great bass. I've heard better speakers before, but these are great for the price and live up to the description. I LOVE the portability. I can unplug from my desk, take it anywhere and enjoy it anywhere in the house.

Any other speaker would be a better choice. Although the box states it will work with a laptop, it does not work with my major brand laptop. Any other Bluetooth device I have tried works, just not this one. The box does not contain a cable to use the speaker as a standard speaker. I feel like I was taken advantage of by Phillips with a statement that was not true. Phillips has let a longtime customer, with many of their products down!

I purchased this speakers from Walmart store. I do not found any audio cable in the box. Also I do not found rechargeable lithium ion battery as stated on website description in the speaker. Worst side is: I tried to connect it to my Windows 7 64 bit laptop and it doesnt connected. Show me an error of Peripheral device driver not installed. When I search on google, I found that its a general problem of Windows 7 with different companies. In solution, all companies have provided own driver to play it except philips. Moreover, when I contact philips, they said we do not have driver and we cant not help. Thats it.. Though I am able to connect it to my mobile and ipod but not with windows 7 laptop. I tried almost everything, I saw on internet but nothing works.. I expected a solution from philips but they also didnt provide any help... if any one have solution to this problem then do let us know.. In terms of service etc, I think philips is not good. For sound, quality is medium. Small jambox speakers give better sound than this.. but its bass is really good.
