Philips: where great products go to die
Product was great. Review is for Philips' abysmal handling after buying the Kokoon brand. Couldn't even be bothered to make replacement ear tips available before discontinuing - just cannibalized the IP and made the existing hardware useless.

Phillips SUCKS
Got a pair of these in March and they were discontinued shortly after. I wasn't able to log into the app which is where the sleep tracker and settings are so I spent over $200 on regular mediocre headphones. Then Phillips told me it wasn't their problem and to contact kokoon which has been unresponsive. Phillips needs to take accountability for the products under their umbrella. Will never buy Phillips anything ever again.
