    My Philips Jet Clean does not clean my Philips shaver

    If your Jet Clean is not cleaning your shaver, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.

    We recommend you follow the steps in the order listed below. In between steps, check to see if the issue is resolved before moving to the next. 
    The cleaning fluid in the jet cleaning chamber may be dirty. Empty and rinse the cleaning chamber and refill it with new cleaning fluid.
    If the amount of fluid in the cleaning chamber drops below the minimum level during cleaning, the program stops. Refill the fluid in the chamber and check if this solves the issue.
    Make sure that you only use the Jet Clean with the original Philips HQ200 cleaning fluid.
    If none of these tips help, your Jet Clean may be damaged internally. We recommend that you request a repair or exchange.
