    Why do I need a firmware upgrade? How do I do this?

    We continuously improve the functionality of all our products. It is possible that a software upgrade of the Philips health watch is recommended. If this is the case, you will get a notification requesting permission to download the update. When you approve, the software on your Philips health watch will be automatically updated. The upgrade will sync and then reset your data, because of this there can be different information in the app and the watch for that day, in this case the information in the app is correct.
    eg. the total number of steps on your watch are less than what appears in your app.
