My Philips player hangs up during audiobook playback

This problem occasionally occurred and we have released a new firmware to fix it. Please make sure the firmware on your player is the Ver6.22 or later.

Please use the supplied Device Manager Software to update your player if the firmware is earlier than Ver6.22. You can go to Software & driver section to know more details of the firmware update.
