My Philips soup maker is not working when plugged in
Published on 29 March 2023
If your Philips Soup Maker does not start working, there might be some possible causes. Find out here how to resolve this.
- Cut the ingredients into small pieces and fully unfreeze them. When the ingredients are too big or frozen, the soup maker might not work.
- Remove some of the ingredients and make sure the ingredients are spread evenly over the bottom of the jug. Your soup maker might not work well if the MAX indication is exceeded.
- Close the lid well in the base.
- Your soup maker could stop working when this happens. Remove some of the ingredients and restart the program after 10 minutes.
