Make sure the player is connected to the Internet. If the problem persists, follow the steps below to clear the cookies in the browser:

1. Press [HOME] on the remote control to enter home menu.
2. Within 6 seconds, press [8], [5], [2], [0] buttons on the remote control.

Note: Clearing of cookies is available from firmware v1.53 (for BDP22xx models) and v1.31 (for BDP23xx models) onwards.
