Follow the steps in the Setup wizard in the Philips Health App to create a user profile and add the Philips ear thermometer. Make sure the Philips HealthSuite health app is open when pairing.
Check if the Bluetooth on your mobile device is switched on. Press the power button once to switch on the thermometer. The Bluetooth icon will light up when the thermometer is connected to your mobile device.
The thermometer switches off automatically after 30 seconds of no activity. When the thermometer has paired successfully with your mobile device, your personal health data will automatically transmit to your mobile device via Bluetooth.
