Can I sterilize the Philips Avent Soother thermometer?

The soother part of the soother thermometer can be detached of the measurement unit and sterilized. Follow the instruction in the Directions for Use of the Digital thermometer set.

Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, anti-bacterial cleaning agents or chemical solvents. Excessive concentration of cleaning agents may eventually cause plastic components to crack. Do not use cracked parts.

Clean the regular soother, the soother thermometer and the flexible-tip thermometer after each use to ensure optimal hygiene. Be careful not to damage the parts when you clean them.
