What does the Zz function on my Philips SmartSleep Sleep & Wake-Up Light do?
The Zz function on your Wake-Up Light is the fall asleep or dusk stimulation function. Read here to find out how to use this option.
When you switch on the Zz function on your Wake-Up Light you set a timer in which the light gradually dims and then finally turns off. You can select a time frame from 5 to 60 minutes, depending on your preference.
To turn off this function, simply press the Zz button again. In the SmartSleep Sleep & Wake-up Light you can also tap the top of your light to deactivate the Zz function.
