    How do I reset my Philips GoGear player if it freezes?

    Try doing a soft reset:

    • Insert a small pin or other sharp object into the reset hole located on the back of the player
    • Hold until the player shuts down

    Note: Your songs and data will not be lost or corrupted by a soft reset. Update your player’s firmware to the latest version to reduce the chance of future hang-ups. See “How do I upgrade my GoGear with the latest firmware?” for instructions.
