    What is happening to the uGrow Smart Baby Monitor app?

    Beginning on October 1, 2022, the new and improved Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ app will replace the uGrow Smart Monitor app. You may need some time to adjust and transition to the new app. The enhanced Baby Monitor+ app will require a few minor steps from you. Simply switch to the Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ by following the steps below:
     

    1. Search for the Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ in the Google Play or Apple Store. Alternatively, mobile users may click here
    2. Once you have downloaded the app, follow the on-screen instruction to register your new account.
    3. After you have confirmed your new account, you must now reset your uGrow Smart Baby Monitor: Press the reset button on the back of the device with a paperclip or pointed object.
    4. Once you release the button, the baby monitor plays a short tune to confirm the reset.
    5. Follow the Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ in-app instructions to pair your uGrow Smart Baby Monitor.

     
    Simply reset the baby camera and create a new account. The Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ app will have the same functionalities and secure connection as the older app.
