What is the expiration date of my Philips Avent breast milk storage bags?

The Philips Avent breast milk storage bags have a limited shelf life, with an expiration date of 5 (five) years. The packaging of the milk storage bags contains a production/fabrication (FAB) date. Add 5 years to the production/fabrication date to determine the expiration date of your product. Within this period of 5 years, it is still safe to use your Philips Avent breast milk storage bags if they are not opened, not damaged, appear clean, are not sticky and have been stored in a clean, dark place, away from direct sunlight.

After more than 5 years from the production/fabrication date, the breast milk storage bags should not be used anymore and should be discarded.
