Good for tap water filtering, tastes better than bottled water. Unfortunately it’s started leaking after 6 months of usages, now waiting for refund

I got the water dispenser a year ago - it worked perfectly fine and the water taste was great. However, it started leaking from the button two weeks ago. I changed the filter and it still leaks. I called the Philips tech support - the automated voice asked to leave a message so that they can call me back. A week later no one called me. I can't find any information on how I can fix it (the manual doesn't say anything). How do I fix the leakage???

This product doesnt hold enough water so it needs refilling too often, The filling us awkward, heavy, and prone to spillage.

The water dispenser works great, I have not been able to find a replacement filter for it anywhere. So when this filter goes out it will cost over 300 to get a whole new replacement. For this reason alone I will not recommend this water dispenser.
