I like it's form factor and operation and the jug arrangement

Overall, it's a great system. It was easy to set up and the water tastes great. What keeps it from being 5 stars are the pitchers. They slowly leak when placed on a flat surface like a fridge or countertop. I like to keep one of the pitchers in the fridge for cold water as an alternative to ambient. If they didn't leak, it's an easy 5 stars.

Pitchers leak water everywhere. The water tastes great but the system is no longer working after less than two weeks. It’s giving an E6 error code and have tried all the manufacturer’s recommendations but device continues to fail. If it is a filter issue, then definitely doesn’t last a year as advertised. Looks sleek and has a great look but poor functionality

Bought this item a week ago via Amazon.com. Really love the footprint, 6l water tank, ease of use. However, has leaked every day no matter what I did. Using Ozarka bottled water less than 200mTDS in). Reseated filter. Still leaked. Reseated water tank…still leaked. Unplugged after filling pitchers. Still leaked. Removed water tank. Removed pitcher. Unplugged. Still leaked. So sad. Really wanted this to work!
