LatteGo milk system

Perfect. I use my machine multiple times a day and wanted to make sure I had a spare.

I love this machine and was very happy with this replacement milk canister.

New milk carafe works well, these unfortunately need to be replaced every 2 years due to heat corrosion of plastic.

Great coffee drinks at home. We love using cold soy milk in ours. Perfect every time!

Purchased as a replacement for the LatteGo cup that came with my machine. I was disappointed to find that the replacement part that came was not identical to the original. For example, it doesn't say "Latte Go" on the top of the lid, nor does it have the images on the front of the cup printed in white. In fact, it has no distinguishing marks on it at all. And it looks cheaply made. It works and does what it is supposed to do- but it doesn't look like the original. For such an expensive machine and replacement part, I would have expected the same product.

Works well….until it doesn’t. Please make this out of a safe material - no plastic!!! It leaks at times, I have a cup under mine to catch the milk on the days it decides to leak. Definitely needs to be replaced every 2 years if not sooner.

Milk frother has a problem I used for 1 year and it leaks that is a factory defect.

Our milk frother started leaking both milk and water after only one year of normal use. Steam is clearly escaping from inside the unit. In addition, the transparent milk container has cracked. Judging by customer reviews, we are not the first to experience this issue. Is a milk frother really considered a consumable part, like a water filter? The cost of replacing it suggests otherwise. We expect better quality and durability from your products. Please respect your customers and take responsibility by offering a free replacement to those affected. Otherwise, you risk losing customer trust and loyalty.

Common failure point for the device. The price is ridiculously high. Now my machine is leaking. Very disappointed in my Phillips espresso machine

I wish this wasn’t made from plastic. The area that froths the milk before it comes out of the spout has crazing all through the plastic. I have no doubt microplastics are ending up in my coffee anytime I used the milk. The machine is great but this part should be redesigned.
