Quantity Dial Doesn't Work

We had the same experience as the first reviewer. There is no relationship between the volume of coffee ground and the quantity setting on the front of the machine. Not what I would expect from this manufacturer. That said, if I measure the coffee by hand, the quality of the ground is good and the coffee tastes good.
