Philips Saeco InteliaSuper-automatic espresso machine

We love this machine. Use it every morning and in the evening with company. We even take it in our RV when traveling.

I really struggled with this purchase but in the end it is worth every penny spent.....with the right coffee, way better than what we get in coffe shops and it is fairly easy to use.

Love this machine. Very easy to master, and produces an excellent espresso, latte, etc.

I have had a lot of expresso machines, a lot, and even one from a well know coffee company. I was apprehensive at the price but well worth it. This one is the very best. I would suggest this one to anyone wanting a great expresso machine without the mess and confusion of the cheaper ones.

The one thing I knew I wanted before our second baby's arrival was a reliable, quick, and good espresso machine. This machine has exceeded our expectations! We have programmed it to brew exactly what we want, and it makes delicious espresso! I was nervous about the upkeep, but it hasn't been that bad. Now I actually look forward to getting out of bed in the morning!

The quality of the coffee was exceptional. I go to Italy every Spring and enjoy their coffee, usually the Lavazza brand. So I bought some Lavazza beans online and in this machine, the flavor of the coffee is just outstanding. The only drawback is the feature that is supposed to work with grounds does not work. I simply dumps the grounds in the bin and discharges water into the cup. I removed the brew head and checked everything according to the manual and it still doesn't work. I can probably live with that deficiency since the rest of the coffee from beans is so good!

Our previous Saeco Magic machine lasted us about 14 years, but finally gave up the ghost. I decided to stay with Saeco and this machine makes an even better espresso albeit with a bit more fussing. Once I learned how to use it, I find it as easy to use. I also like the fact that it fits easily on our counter top under our cabinets. I had to take off the vibrating cap in the bean hopper - it caused more problems than it solved, although the grinder and screw feed were more exposed. I understand the cap is only installed on the USA machines.

This is our second Saeco Itelia that comes with many improvements. The touch button controls allows brewing a cup of coffee to suit your individual taste. My only complaint is my favorite large cup doesn't fit in the cup area like our previous Saeco Maker.

This is my first super-auto espresso machine, and so far it's fantastic. Shop around for a deal and grab one of these if you're on the fence--you won't regret it!

The water and used pods bins are very convenient in the front of the machine. The controls are easy to understand and tell you when anything is low or needs emptied.
