yes it needs to be cleaned, yes the water reservoir is a little small. Yes it needs to be cleaned But Oh la la, the taste of the coffee. Sublime, superb, delicious. This is how much we love this little appliance that costs the same as four medium sized auto tires. When we go away for family vacation this year it will be coming along. We rent a house for 20. It will be used every day for 12 hours

I am addicted to the capuchinos even tho I don't like coffee. I love that I can (after I finally soft of figured it out/the instructions don't help and had to do research to help me out) set it to give me a lot of milk and just a little coffee. Took me time and effort to figure out how to use and clean it. the manual could be so much better. Hubby is now using it for coffee and it sometimes gets used 4 or so times a day. I couldn't do without it now. The machine is top quality.

In 2009 I purchased my first Saeco espresso machine and to this day It still makes a great espresso. That's what I call dependability ! Need less to say I'm sold on the saeco and have recently purchased the new Saeco Intelia Deluxe Super-automatic espresso machine. So far I'm loving it !

The unit is sleek and fits any kitchen decor. Highly polished stainless steel keeps it easy to clean. Very simple to program for cup after cup of really great coffee. This machine has taken all the good features from the past Saeco machines I owned and added some great improvements. The easy to fill water reservoir, the deep drip collection tray and the larger bean hopper make this iteration a winner. I expect many years of fresh brewed, hot coffee from this Saeco like I got from my other Saeco machines.

Great espresso and cappuccino. Self cleaning of cappuccino carafe is very nice addition. Overall this machine makes excellent coffee morning, noon, and night with nice adjustments.

I am very pleased with the quality and ease of use of this automatic espresso machine. Besides traditional espresso it also makes espresso lungo, an American size cup of coffee, and capachino. And all with a single push of a button. Maintenance is straight forward with easy instruction prompted from the screen. It looks like a well engineered product that should last a long time.

After spending 19 months in Europe I felt the need to spend a little more on a coffee maker. After weeks of research, I found this GEM !!! Perfect Coffee, Espresso, and Cappuccino !!! Adjustable strength...the only difficulty I have is finding a large variety of whole beans....I am trying them from all over the world and the coffee/espresso is incredible !!! HIGHLY Recommended.

Love it, the carafe with the milk is hassle free and makes great foam, I make lattes each morning with the froathy milk and espresso lungo, what a joy to drink. It takes me about 5 min of my time to wash carafe and empty the bottom each day, well worth it. My favorite coffee beans are the Lavazza rossa bright red and silver bag. Had fun trying all the different coffees it makes and the latte is a winner for me. One daughter prefers the espresso and the other one the espresso lungo, it makes wonderful crema. For those who love super strong coffee like my husband, he uses an espresso and adds the expresso lungo. The choice of strenght of coffee beans is a big plus also. I thank my machine each morning for the best coffee ever.
