Soundbar speaker

Wasn't sure how much to really expect for such a low price, but was very pleasantly surprised by the audio quality after installation. Wall mounting and hookup was a breeze, very simple controls, and looks great too! The only negative is no code for my universal cable remote. Otherwise Philips has done very well with this one!

This was economical and sounds great. It was easy to set up with my flat screen TV. Only problem is I don't have a code for my universal remote so I need to constantly use the remote provided. Minor issues though.

I can't really complain too much considering how inexpensive it was. Pros: it's not big as most, very light. Offers more than I expected in the way of control. Cons: Not very powerful, the audio in my television (also Philips) is slightly louder. Could use a greater variety of connector types (i.e. 1/8 inch, screw terminals, etc.); also, would have been nicer if all cables came in from the bottom.

I purchased this sound bar for my 40 inch t.v. The sound on the television was horrible. So I bought the Philips sound bar to improve the sound quality. Sounds better now with the sound bar. But I wished I would have spent more for a better sound bar. You get what you pay for.

rubbish product, hardly used and now frozen with blinking lights, remote has no effect, speaker locked up.

Unit freezes and does not respond to remote; this happened after 1 year of buying it.
