Philips Sonicare FlexCareSonic electric toothbrush

I’ve been using a sonicare toothbrush for over 20 years now, every time I go to the dentist he haves how clean my teeth are. He always tells me he can tell I floss when I don’t. I would recommend this toothbrush to anyone.

I have owned/used Phillips Sonicare Flex Care Toothbrush for over 4yrs and I love it. I like how there are choices for the level of cleaning needed. The toothbrush did a great job of cleaning my teeth. No complaints there. I thought the hand could have had a better design. It was kind of hard to hold without changing the setting because of the way the buttons are positioned. Also, our product no longer works. The handle will not recharge even though the charger is working. We cannot get a replacement handle. I was told we would have to purchase a whole new product which is costly. Should be an easy way to replace the battery in the handle. I am considering buying another one but because of the cost and the inability to just replace the one part we need I'm considering other options.

I love the performance of the product but have had two fail after about a year of use. There has been an internal mechanical failure in both. I have had two older models with the large replacement head and they lasted for many years. Only issue was the battery capacity deteriorated over the years. I love the smaller size of the new ones but expect a product that costs this much, (and generates a constant revenue stream) to be more durable. Customer service was excellent, they sent a replacement both times even though they were out of warranty.

Shaft broke within a year, terrible customer service! Not recommended! Brush does work well & clean well (When the shaft is working properly)

got a warranty replacement unit. Used it for about a week but can't get the unit to cahrge. now it is dead.
