Nice Features
We have used AirFloss for a number of years after our Dentist recommended it. Customer service has been very responsive when several of the units we had quit working after a lot of use. Purchased the AirFloss Pro/Ultra for the new features despite negative reviews for this model. Have had the AirFloss Pro/Ultra (2 units) for a few months without encountering any performance problems. As for design, it is not bulky like other brands, however, the reservoir door is not well designed because once it comes off, it is difficult to impossible to put back on because of the way the hinge is placed in the body. Would still purchase because of familiarity with the brand.

Easy to use, but fails prematurely.
I want to love the AirFloss, but can't recommend it based on it dying within 6 months of purchase. I've struggled with good flossing habits all my life. This product was set to change things for me. I was using it daily until it decided just to quit working. The reservoir was empty, but I could hear liquid when I shook the AirFloss. I suspect a fried circuit board. I never submersed it so there must be a leak somewhere. I'm hoping to give it another try if Philips honors the 2 yr warranty.
