Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9300Sonic electric toothbrush with app

Overall I am pleased with the porformance of my Diamond Sonicare however I continue to have issues getting it to connect to my phone. I've contacted customer service who at the time was able to resolve the issue. However since then the problem has resurfaced. I attempted to contact customer service.. The first time was on hold forever. The second attempt - during the first few minutes of our call the call was disconnected. The third attempt I was on hold forever. My next attempt was via fb messenger. I interacted with a very pleasant person. I explained my situation. They suggested a few things which I tried with no success getting the toothbrush to connect via Bluetooth. I messaged stating this and asked (considering my previous attempts at contacting customer service) if I might be able to set an appointment for a phone call at their convenience. The response was, yes, we'll be happy to assist you just give me a few days to get some info and someone will contact you to set it up. I'm still waiting to hear back regarding this issue. Other than the connection issue... I love my Sonicare.

Since 2016 I will be on my third and perhaps last Sonicare ultrasonic electric toothbrush. See photo I attached. My first (2016-2022) lasted almost seven years (9000 Series HX9350), which is a good life, and it broke at the top. I then became careful with how I remove the brush head with the replacement (9300 Series HX992B) but it broke at the top again in only three years. I just replaced this with the HX993L (9700 Series) lunar blue and as everyone is aware, these electronic toothbrushes are costly. If the next one does not last for at least five years, 2026-2031, I will move to another brand.

The brush broke within 9 months and the replacement also had a bad battery.

I wound not recommend this. Battery is terrible. Had an older model and the battery was so much better
