DiamondClean 9000Sonic electric toothbrush with app

I have purchased a few Phillip Sonicare toothbrushes over the past. Recently, I purchased DiamondClean 9000 HX9911 in January 2026 and had trouble getting it to work until April 2026 at which point I contacted Phillips Sonicare and they exchanged my defective DiamondClean 9000 HX9911 with a new one which works!

I really like the new DiamondClean toothbrush. I have used SonicCare toothbrushes for years and the DiamondCare is a step above those. I love the little glass battery as opposed to the SonicCare battery holders.

I've been using Sonicare/InterPlak for decades. This DiamondClean Smart toothbrush lasted 5 years! Unfortunately, I had to order a new one because the spindle became loose and vibrated terribly. It was just a matter of time before it came off completely. I definitely feel I got my money's worth since it lasted 5 years. Just ordered my replacement.

Good value and easy to use. I will buy another when this one wears out.

This toothbrush is unmatched. The cleanliness of my teeth after using this DiamondClean toothbrush is tremendous. I love it and will never use a different tooth brush.

I like that this brush tells me when I am using to much pressure or too much movement.

My family and I have used a Sonicare for over 20 years. We get the best dental exams and our hygenist says she had an easy cleaning job. I would highly recommend Sonicare for great dental health

My dentist recommended changing toothbrushes from the Oral B to the Phillips Diamond clean and I have to admit that it works better at removing plaque off teeth making for a superior clean.
