Good but very loud.
First off, to the person who spoke of the charger clearly does not understand the design. Place the cup on the charger, toothbrush in cup. No issues with the design or operation of the charger. Over the years I have had about half a dozen Sonicare toothbrushes and have always been pleased with 5 stars all the way around until now. The toothbrush works, looks good but it is so loud. It bothers me so much I have stopped using it and bought the 2 pack option from Costco. Much better.

Charger is HORRIBLE
Do not buy this toothbrush the charger is absolutely horrible. I honestly can't even believe they would sell a product like this. I bought this for my son/daughter for Christmas and to get the toothbrush to stay on the charger you have to strategically get it to balance on there and then once you finally get it to stay if you close the drawer or bump your bathroom vanity it falls over. I am so disappointed in the charger and don't understand why anyone would think it would be a great idea to sell a charger the toothbrush does not even stay on....Dumb founding.
