Hard to understand poor ratings as I have had this trimmer for well over 2 years and it has operated flawlessly without fail. This is my third trimmer and the 1st one that is rechargeable. I could not be happier ditching the batteries and the performance of the trimmer and attachments. I believe this model has been discontinued but will likely look for another Phillips rechargeable trimmer when it needs replacement. I found it to be a very good product. (made in Indonesia)

Works better than expectation
It's very lightweight and is of good value. I like that this product comes up with clippers of different sizes. There is only one negative, If you don't clean it regularly then the machine will stop working because of stucked hairs.

The multi groomer is fantastic!
The equipment is very light, smooth and easy to handle. It can be used everywhere on the head and face and always works perfectly. The rechargeable battery lasts a very long time.
