Philips Norelco Multigroom series 5000Face & Head

Honestly the first product I received was defective but I reached out to Phillips and their customer service was terrific! I promptly received a replacement and I love the product.

It does anything you want, battery lasts plenty long,used it 4 separate times with the initial charge , and it still sounds great !

It has a long lasting battery, alway has a good charge when I need it, l love the self sharpening blade technology

I have had this trimmer since 2019 and it is probably the best purchase i have made in years. And the blades have held up quite well, the one time i thought it was gotten too dull to use, all it took was running it through water to get it back to normal.

This is my go to one out of three others that I have. My favorite feature on it would be the water resistance. Don’t have to worry much about brush cleaning it. I just rinse the hairs off after use.

Philips provide very good service and dito products. As a Dutch man, living partly in the USA, I’m happy to tell people the service in the USA related to Philips is excellent! Keep on doing this good work.

Its a versatile tool . I use for shaving for a 5 Oclock shadow look. Trim around ears and neck . General hair maintenance. Holds charge for a week no problem. Took it on a 10 day cruise and never had to charge.

This is the best trimmer I've ever owned. The first one I got didn't work but the customer service was outstanding and I had a replacement within 3 days. I will definitely consider this company's products in the future.

Precision is possible with this new razor. Love the feel, the heft. There's quality inside.
