This is a good Product
I brought this item for my 3yr old son. he loved it, but drop it twice already while carrying it. on the second drop it stopped reading DVDs. I called Phillips and they sent me a new one. I am a very happy customer and well satisfied with the new one. Phillips have great customer service.
