Very noisy but good coffee
The machine makes good coffee but works very loudly, and I am not talking here about the grinder noise. Had to have it serviced because there was constant leak underneath. Service was good and also relatively easy to schedule. Pump had to be replaced so now it works quieter and leaking stopped.

I really like the product but I have had limited use
It did work great, but after a few months the screen went blank. i sent it in for repairs and after waiting several weeks for the defective part to arrive, we were pleased to find out that it was fixed. However, when we used it for the first time, the screen did not illuminate properly. We sent it back to the repair facility and after another month of not having the machine, we were told that we would be issued a replacement since they were unable to repair my unit. It does make a fantastic cup of coffee and I do miss it.
