Product has great features,
I have just tried my new Norelco shaver and it gave me a close shave.

Fair shave, poorly engineered. No accessories
The shave is no better than my 3 year old shaver. While shaving any pressure on the front of the shaver turns it off, so I have to switch it on again. A off/on up/down button would be better. In addition, the shaver did not come with a cap cover so when I put the shaver away, tiny hairs scatter all over. it would have been nice to include a case also.

Worst design Philips/Norelco ever came up with/
This shaver is trash. The shaving head mechanism pops off EVERY TIME I tried to shave with it. It's become such a frustration, I'm recycling the battery, because it still works, but I went back to your original design, and bought a new Model: S3243/91, 3000 series, that I never had problems with.

Shaving heads pop off EVERY TIME I've tried to shave with it. It's nothing but a piece of trash, and a complete waste of my money.. By far, the WORST product you ever sold.
