Greate
I was very sceptical. I have never used a electric razor before. And I have never spent money like this before. But I had to make a switch because I am military and I shave almost everyday. This by far has been way better that razors. One thing I have to remember is to clean it. That's easy to forget.

Product Registration
I have registered a lot of products on line and I find that this has to be the most time consuming and difficult product registration I have ever experienced.

Good, but not all that great.
According to Philips, I purchased this razor in 2017. It was supposed to be waterproof, give close shaves, etc. From the first day of using this razor, it didn't do all that great of a job giving me close shaves. I had to constantly go over areas under my chin and jaw multiple times, and it still wouldn't shave everything. Even areas of my upper lip wouldn't get shaved too good. I put up with it all the years I owned the shaver, I always kept it cleaned, and charged. Occasionally, I would take the heads apart and hand clean them with soap and water, it helped for a bit. Finally a few months ago, (2020), I put in new heads to the shaver, but it still didn't quite get everything under my chin and jaw area. But it kept a good charge, and the trimmer always worked pretty good when I used it. Then, just recently, after unplugging the cord to use the shaver, one of the charging pins going to the razor broke off with the cord. I never understood this, the razor is supposed to be waterproof, but somehow the hard water weakens and corrodes the charging pins after a few years; and break off. This same thing happened on a previous model razor I used for several years. If the Philips Razor is supposed to be waterproof, why aren't the charging pins made from Stainless Steel?? I've always been gentle with plugging and unplugging the power cord, but when the charging pins are weakened from hard water running through it, it's not exactly waterproof. So now, here I am with another brand new razor, with far different heads. I hope this will do a better job with shaving those hard to reach places. I guess I will have to rinse out this razor alot differently, if I don't want the charging pins to get corroded and break off again. Somehow, the engineers never solved this. But it is a good way for Philips to always make a profit.
Pros
Long use time per charge, the shaver does a good job.
Cons
Doesn't do that great of a job with quality close shaves, the charging pins break off after a few years from hard water.
