Philips AventSCF334/03 Comfort Double electric breast pump

This pump works AMAZING! I would definitely recommend it for moms looking for a good pump. I have identical twin boys so I need to be able to pump alot of milk which I do with this pump. Most definitely worth the money! You won't be disappointed! :)

I cant say enough about this pump. I have 2 children born 4 years apart...breast fed both for 12 months each. Used the same pump with both kids. I am a working mom who pumped at least 2 times a day. My pump has held up great! Only had to replace the membranes 3 times. I am so happy with the investment in this pump.

I was gifted this pump with my first son who is now 2 years old. My breast were cracked and bleeding from feeding and this pump did not ever increase my pain. It works perfect and is very comfortable. I just had my second child who is 2 months old and out of no where my pump broke! I was so devastated because I didn't know how I would be able to replace my $200 pump. I called customer service and they immediately said the would send me a brand new pump for this one time. They absolutely saved me and I will forever be loyal to this company. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful breast pump

This product is better than the other brand I had purchased, it's easier to use and I get better results from this brand.

I've used this through 2 children and going strong. I got the medela thinking it would be better but after all the rave, I ended up still using this one. It's more comfortable. It is louder than medela but otherwise I like it better. Love that it lights up so I can pump at night and see what I'm doing!

This product is comfortable and easy to use, and quiet compared to some other pumps. I would give it 5 stars, but my pump stopped working after 2 months of use. I called Customer Service and they are sending me a new pump due since the troubleshooting did not fix the pump. Customer Service was friendly and and easy to talk to. I just hope my 2nd pump does not have some of the same issues.

I ordered this pump through my insurance and had issues with the pump shutting off, not suctioning properly and would appear to be glitchy

I really like the pump and is easy to use. Im using it about 4 times a day to increase my breastmilk supply, as i don't have enough milk, but it is hard to hold. I was hoping there would be a wearable accessory so i could latch the two suction cups on and not need to use both my hands. Besides, the instructions say to have the cups on before turning the machine on, but that is hard when you are already using both your hands to hold the suction cups.

I originally was SUPER excited when I was given this pump to re-lactate for our baby that will be here at the end of the year (via a family member as our surrogate due to infertility). The first two times I used it, I had absolutely NO problem with the pump minus a very loud almost clicking type noise that I hadn't heard a pump make before. I figured this was just how the pump worked and when reading reviews I have found that I am not the only one. After the first few times of using the pump, I have found that it will just out of the blue turn off and have the "on/off" button flashing. I have checked the power sources, made sure everything was connected properly and turned it off and back on (it requires you to in order to get it to work again) and sometimes it will work for the remainder of the time with no issue, while other times it does it 3-5 and sometimes even more than 7 times in one session! I am thinking that I will likely have to purchase a new pump and attempt to return this pump or get a refund from the Philips company for it (not sure if they will help me out or not, I would accept a new pump and see if it is just this pump and if the new one doesn't work, I will be requesting a full refund so that I can purchase a different pump) as I need a pump that will help me be able to re-produce milk and so far this one just isn't cutting it!! It is VERY important to me that my baby be on breastmilk and be able to not have to rely on her surrogate mommy for milk (and stay away from the bottles full time), so I am very dissapointed in this product so far. Which is a shame, as I love the Avent products, just not this pump. Fingers crossed that Philips is willing to work with me on this issue!

I previously had bought the Avent twin electric breast pump in May of 2013 to use for my third child. I recently had my fourth child and got this pump out to use again. It started making a loud clicking noise in the motor and the suction seemed reversed, like it was pushing air out instead of suctioning. I called as I still have the 24 month warranty. They sent me a new pump. When I received the new pump, it was the Avent comfort double electric pump. I called again, thinking there was a mistake. But, no mistake, they don't make the Avent twin electric anymore. I'm very disappointed to learn this. I've since been using the comfort double electric pump but unfortunately it doesn't measure up to the Avent Twin that I had previously. The Avent twin had a handle to where I could pump at my desired pace & suction and hit the button to pump automatically. With this new one, you get a let down button and 3 speed buttons. I have found that with this new one, the let down button does nothing for me. Neither does the first speed setting. I will start getting milk on the second speed setting, but it takes forever for my milk to start flowing. With the Twin electric pump, my milk would start flowing right away, within just a couple of pumps of the handle. The twin electric also expressed my milk much faster than the comfort double. I could get more milk in about half the time with the Twin electric. It's very unfortunate that Avent stopped making the twin. With the comfort electric, I'm only able to pump about half the milk (was pumping 4oz total with the twin, now pumping 1.5 MAYBE 2oz with the comfort double) in double the time with the comfort double. The comfort double is also MUCH louder than the twin was, even with the clicking noise the motor started making. With the comfort electric, I also have a hard time getting my breasts placed correctly to keep the suction. I had no issues with this with the twin. I'm not sure if the flanges are smaller, but they are shorter than the twin ones were.
