Shaver S9000 PrestigeReplacement shaving heads

This works like a champ on my Norelco Series 9000 razor. The replacement for the SH90 heads (what my razor used) is listed everywhere as the SH91--but that has 5-sided razor covers that will not fit a round base. And, the SH91 has something like wings that come out from the blades--so it won't fit in your old razor head.... The shave is amazing. I was spending about 5 minutes to shave (as I went over spots time after time). I spent far less time and got an incredible shave! I am so glad I found the correct replacement blades. Well done, Norelco!

I know every face is different, in my case this is a great improvement over the Braun series 900 I was using and the Norelco 1280cc before that. The previous Norelco was great, but then they "improved" the senso 3D replacement heads and it became an epilator. I have been able to get a smoother shave with the S9000 even with 2 or 3 days growth in-between. I sincerely hope they do not improve the replacement heads like the 1280cc. I've bought 2 spares to buy me time.

I'm surprised by the low rating of the replacement heads. Dear fellow consumers, what is wrong with you? I am using Philips electric shavers since the 1990s, and always been very happy with them. Few years ago I bought top-of-the-line model S9000 Prestige shaver, and I'm extremely happy about it. Today the shaver started blinking the reminder that it is time to replace the shaving heads, and here I am. I even did some modifications to the wireless charger in order to charge my phone. It's working like a charm! I charge my Pixel 6 Pro phone on the HQ8509 wireless charger. What a cheap miser am I. 😁💰🥰 I simply love Philips electric shavers! And I hope it's true that they are made in Netherlands, not in China.

I’m a Norelco person. This 9000 model is superior to any Norelco I ever owned. The cutters last more than a year. The shave is incredibly close.

I have been using Norelco electric shavers for over forty years. They keep making improvements with each new product.

Great product. Cuts quickly and smoothly. Cleanup is a snap. Design is great for handling shaver.

Not sure why and doesn't make sense I wouldn't think but the original head that came with the unit seemed to shave closer and smoother than the replacement.

I have always used Philips shavers because of the close shaving, the comfortable shaving heads, but the S9000 has doubled my shaving time because the first pass does not actually cut the growth on my face. It sort of trims it, so I have to make a 2nd and 3rd pass to get a close shave.

Hey Philips, since you rejected my review, which is not the slightest bit vague, I'll go post it on Amazon instead. You claim it "is vague or needs more detail". But your own claim is more vague that what I wrote. What I wrote is perfectly clear. You need to work on describing the difference between your products, because no sentient being will understand the difference between SH98/70, SH98/82, SH98/87, SH98/???. I'm sure Amazon will be perfectly fine with the review. Why on earth does Philips sell SH98/70 and SH98/82 and SH98/whoknowswhat blades without any explanation anywhere what the difference is? Is this supposed to be some kind of consumer torture? Do they expect us to spend all day on the internet trying to figure this out on our own?

I bought a NEW S 9000 Prestige on April 10, 2023. After 4 months blades started irritating my face . I called customer service and was told that the blades should be replaced every 4 months. Manual says 12 months!!! Horrible customer service and worthless product!
