Bluetooth Headset

I charged first for 10mins...when i switched it on, Bluetooth visibility in my phone doesn't reveal the name....any suggestions plz...

Got it for Christmas and loved it but now need to charge the battery and it will not charge. I put it in my USB port for several hours and just now tried to turn it on and nothing.

I had this piece from Target. It worked well for 3 months until it stopped charging and turning on. I wonder if I can have it replaced please.

Bought mine about 8 weeks ago, using them maybe every 2nd day. I'm impressed at the value for money, and the battery life is way better than specified on the box. It sounds like the longevity may not be too good based on the reviews, but so far so good. The only negative is that the microphone isn't too good during phone calls, everyone can understand me, but they all say it isn't very clear. I can't even locate where the microphone is, to hold it closer to my mouth. Overall though, great value so far.

Right out of the box, the only problem I had with the headphones is getting my bluetooth to link which could have easily been a user error. I am more than satisfied with these headphones, they are more than helpful with my active lifestyle, always out of the way, great battery life, great bluetooth distance, and sound amazing.

I bought this product in November 2016, and it is now September 2017. The product worked great for all that time, but now has significant stuttering problems. I believe this to be a heat problem, or maybe battery. It might be the battery because I quite often left the charger connected at night after using it for a good portion of the day. But I never saw deterioration in sound or battery life, so I don't think this is the problem. It might be heat because I more often noticed the stuttering happen when outside in the hot sun during the summer. Another reason is I decided to blow compressed air duster (which produces cold air) into the device, between the rubber shell and the device itself near the charger port. Doing this allowed the device to work properly for 5-10 seconds before the significant stuttering returned. Something I realized is that the stuttering would disappear when I got the headphones at least an inch or two near the device it's connected to, but would not fix the issue. I also tried resetting the headphones by holding the on/off button for 30 sec. to a minute. This did not fix the problem. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. It seems I was lucky to have the product work as long as it did, seeing the reviews from others. Even after 10 months, I feel the price I paid for it does not justify the quality. Buy at your own risk.

Lasted for 6 months and now can't get a connection. Going in the bin. Annoying as I paid extra for what I thought was a decent make, but very disappointed!

They work okay most of the time. But sometimes requires turning them on and off a couple times to get them to connect. But the most annoying part is that when the battery is low, I really don't appreciate it interrupting my music once a minute to tell me about it until the battery finally dies.
