When I started to ise it I thought 3-4 stars, since the noice level was fair. That is the only one good point. Negatives: •Heavy but that's lets say ok •With longish hair, LED does not something like positive •Charge Cable! Just nonsence. İf it get lost or damage then you can not replace it. So you will end up with a useless plastic waste... •Programming is also poor. You always must turn it off. Otherwise battery runs out. On the other hand the other one from an another brand, turns itself off after 10-15 minutes when it doesn't receive signal from a mobile device. So it saves energy. But this öne keeps on working. •To turn it off is also an issue. You will have to push the on-off sooo long to off it. •

There are no replacement cables available for the magnetic charger. I've been in contact with sales and service. Sales sends me to service, and service to sales - no one tries to help me. Avoid unless you're ready to by a new device if you misplace your cable, or want another.

I try different ways to buy the PHILIPS a7607 charger cable replacement. Call the 800 numbers, disconnected. Email, nobody answer. Not, buy nothing anymore from PHILIPS and will write negative review on any place PHILIPS offer this product.

I purchased the item from Amazon, and after precisely six months, both speakers became detached internally. Upon contacting Philips, I was instructed by a representative to transmit all relevant details by email. I promptly complied, but, I did not receive any response or comments thereafter. Avoid purchasing it.
