I am not able to access the parental rating menu in my Philips TV with my personal 4-digit access code

Ensure that you have entered the correct 4-digit access code. If you have forgotten the access code, follow the procedure below to reset your access code.
Parental rating mode is not set in the [Child lock] menu. To set the parental rating, proceed as follows:
Press the [Home] button on the remote control to access the [Home] menu.
Use the cursor button to select [Setup] and press the [OK] button to confirm.
Press the cursor [Down] to select [Features] and press the cursor [Right].
Press the cursor [Down] to select [Child lock] and press the cursor [Right].
When the prompt Enter Menu appears on the screen, enter your personal 4-digit access code to access the child lock menu.
Press the cursor [Down] to select Parental Rating.
Press the [OK] button to confirm and it will automatically exit the child lock menu.
Press the cursor [Down] to select Parental Rating and press the cursor [Right].
When the prompt Enter Menu appears on the screen, enter your personal 4-digit access code to access the parental rating menu.
Select the rating of your choice and press the [OK] button to confirm.
Press the [Back] button to exit the menu.
Press the [Home] button on the remote control to access the [Home] menu.
Use the cursor button to select [Setup] and press the [OK] button to confirm.
Press the cursor [Down] to select [Features] and press the cursor [Right].
Press the cursor [Down] to select [Change Code] and press the cursor [Right].
When the prompt [Change Code] appears on the screen, enter the universal code ‘8888'.
Then enter an easily remembered new 4-digit access code and enter the new code a second time for confirmation.
