SAP (Separate Audio Program) not working in Philips TV

Make sure remote control is in TV mode by pressing 'SELECT' button until 'TV' lights up green.
Press 'MENU' button
Press cursor right button.
Press cursor down button to select SOUND.
Press cursor right
If ALTERNATE AUDIO is grayed out, the SAP option is not available because the selected program does not contain a SAP signal.
