    My device interferes with other wireless equipment

    You may have one or more of the following problems:

    • The Internet connection of your PC breaks down or is interrupted

    • There is a problem with the sound from the rear speakers of the device

    • Other wireless equipment problems occur

    • Press and hold the SOUND key on the remote control for 5 seconds. The device will switch to another channel for the connection between the DVD unit and the rear speakers. Note that the channel numbers (CH0 - CH2) in the display of the DVD unit start flashing.

    • Switch to another channel on the other wireless device. Refer to the user's manual of the device.

    • Try different channel combinations on both devices.
