How to reduce the signal 'noise' in the picture or 'speckled' picture of Philips TV?

  1. Press the 'MENU' button, and then press the cursor up/down to select FEATURES.
  2. Press the cursor right and press the cursor up/down to select DNR (Dynamic Noise Reduction).
  3. Press the cursor left/right to select ON.
  4. Press the 'STATUS/EXIT' button to exit the menu.
