Series 5500Fully automatic espresso machine

Can’t say enough good things about 5500! Replaced my old barista after 7 years and can’t believe the improvements all around.

Tried it, loved it, bought it, Easy to use and maintain. I’m not missing the delicious espressos I had in Italy nor am I missing my pricey Starbucks lattes. I look forward to my morning cup and the ease in making it. Designed in Italy, made in Romania - two of my favorite countries. The burr grinder is ceramic - unlike Juras steele one - much better. It has a higher pressure than Jura as well in addition to easier maintenance. It uses beans or has the capability of supporting ground coffee (great for guests who need decaf.). It’s the perfect size - doesn’t take up as much room as the Jura and is a really great looking machine. But, best of all the taste and price made my choice easy.

Great machine and excellent coffee. The only issue i would have it needs a bigger feeder for the coffee beans. We do drink more coffee than most I guess, but a bigger hopper would make this a 10. Right now a 9.

I bought this for my husband but I have been enjoying coffe too. This coffe maker is wonderful. Very easy to work with.

We absolutely love this machine. We now have Starbucks at home. This machine makes wonderful coffee drinks. We did significant research before buying this machine. We were impressed with all the features and reviews. We are very pleased with the machine, it runs a cleaning cycle prior to shutting off, notifies you when it is time to empty the grounds, fill the beans, and the water. It is so easy maintain.

This machine is truly fantastic. The coffee is great. The Late-Go system is so simple to use and maintain. I'm sure you can spend a lot more on a super automatic machine but I can't believe it could be meaningfully better.

The Phillips automatic espresso machine was easy to set up and get started with, very user friendly with clear instructions. Having been a barista for 10 years I have strong opinions regarding coffee quality. This machine pulled a good shot of espresso and made both a good cup of coffee and a good latte. My only complaint is that the foam was a little weak and did not match up to a professional espresso machine. Overall a great home espresso machine that I would strongly recommend.

I love using this machine!! The design is so sleek and simple! It also makes a mean brew of coffee! I've only tried the cappuccino so far and can't wait to try the others!

This espresso machine is the best! I have not had any issues from it. The instructions were easy to follow for setup. The options for coffee are endless. I have tried so many variations of coffee. There are also multiple programmable profiles for easy customization! I also like the hot water option for tea. I love that the water tank has a replaceable filter and the frother is removable for easy cleaning.
