SmartSleepWake-up Light

love this light and have used it for a long time. I have not heard an audible alarm since I started using this, I just wake up naturally without sleepy, groggy feeling, or stumbling around. I would never go back to traditional alarm clock. I do have my phone set for a backup but have never been woken up by that first so this clock is doing everything it says it does. love it. one thing I do NOT love is that I paid $110 with tax and shipping now it is $150 BEFORE tax and shipping. if anything ever happens to this one I will definitely shop it around.

I love this alarm clock. I’ve had it for a few years and it works really well. Waking up is so much easier with gentle light and bird sounds! I also really love that it doesn’t require an app or account.

I love this sunrise clock. It works so well I'm waking before the "sun" has completely risen. I love the gentle way it wakes me, instead of a blaring alarm. The nature sounds are wonderful although there needs to be a longer cycle, I heard the same bird over and over in a few mins. So much so that I switched to the ocean because the bird was annoying. I do wish the clock was a little easier to set, going through each option anytime I need to change an alarm is a nuisance.

This alarm clock has changed my life. I am someone who hits snooze for an hour or more on my phone alarm, but this clock I’m usually up before the sounds even go off because of the bright light. It’s incredibly easy to use - I set it up without having to reference the manual one.

I have sworn by this alarm clock for the last 10 years. It has been a game changer in my life and how I wake up. I swear it has never failed me. But it’s hard to convince others due to the price point. But I struggled with loud alarms. I even had two in the room and it never helped. Saying that, I think it’s time for my next one. My current one is stating to light up and click as if I was touching it to adjust the time or settings when I am no where near it. So it might be at the end of its life. I had to look up when I purchased it on Amazon. 12/25/2014. I unplugged it and reset it. Let’s see if the issue continues. Phillips, if you have any fix it tips, I’m all ears. But my love for this alarm clock is still strong. People complain about setting it up, but I found it to be super simple and easy to understand. And I’m not all that tech savvy. There are cheaper ones in the market but this clock has held up 1 years. I’m impressed.

I find that nothing else helps me wake up on time (and stay awake) as well as a smart lamp does. This has been very reliable in keeping my wake schedule regular throughout the week. I found this product through a Wirecutter recommendation and was motivated to purchase it since my smartbulb refused to work on a schedule ever since I moved to a new abode. While this does not support Internet or Bluetooth connectivity, it satisfies all of my needs from an alarm clock. It is also not my favorite lamp for ambient lighting (it does not cast a diffuse enough light for my preference), but it wakes me up, which is all that I need from it.

Today I realized I have had my light alarm since 2013, and it still works perfectly! Thought you all should know.

I live in the PNW, and those dark rainy days with little light are very difficult to wake up to. I hate the harsh wake ups from an alarm. I find with the wake-up light, I gently wake up before my alarm. I feel less groggy overall. I think it's helped with improving my mood as well. I've recommended this to everyone I know. People complain about how complicated it is to set up the alarm. I think this is true. I'm fine with it though. After initial set up, I didn't need to do much with it. The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to turn off the bird sounds on my second alarm - that's annoying but not a deal breaker.

This light makes me wake up focused and relaxed. it is the second one that i have had.

I researched this clock for a few months before receiving it as a Christmas gift. I really like it better than the usual loud alarm clock. The gradually increasing soft light is like a sunrise and I have the bird chirping option on that comes on at the set time. My wife appreciates the much softer sounds too. I thought this quiet method would cause me to miss the alarm but so far that hasn't happened. I would buy this clock again, it's worth it.
