Philips Sonicare HealthyWhite+Sonic electric toothbrush

We just got our new Healthy White Sonicares and love them. We had older models and one died so we decided to upgrade. This new design is better than the old one we had. It really cleans and you can set it to 3 different levels of cleaning, so if you are just starting out with this type of tooth brush you can gradually work your way up to level 3. I think changing the brush heads isn't going to be that big a deal. I really dreaded that with the old model, as the old unit got really gunked up in the part where you attach the new brush head to the handle. I guess water would get in there and it was really gross. This is a better design and I can see this won't be an issue. I took one star away for ease of use because you have to read the instructions to set up the different functions (what level to set the bush at and if you want it to beep every 30 second etc.), but once you set it up it is as simple as pushing the button to turn it on and off.

I can't believe we didn't make the switch sooner! I love that it has the "white" mode, and the quad-pacer is handy for those who need a timer. The toothbrush gives one that smooth feeling after a cleaning by the hygienist. It is the easiest to attach the head to get started. The cases that came in the package are handy when traveling.

The only year on your registration was 2017, I purchased the tooth brushes on January 7, 2018

I received this as a Christmas present and it has already stopped working. It seems like it has some sort of short-circuit going on. It will turn on occasionally but then abruptly turn off/on without my control. Extremely frustrating and of course I don't have the proof of purchase to activate the guarantee because this was a gift. Complete waste. Very disappointed.
