Hi Dmarl, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare is not charging. If your Philips Sonicare toothbrush no longer turns on or if it is not charging, you might want to use these possible causes and solutions to try and solve this issue yourself. The chargers for all Sonicare toothbrushes are different and not compatible with other Sonicare models. We recommend charging the toothbrush using the original charger that came with it. Our Sonicare can take up to 24 hours to get fully charged. Does your toothbrush not charge when it is plugged in, your outlet might not work. Try using a different outlet to charge it. Try checking if your charging adapter or cord is damaged. If you notice any damage to your adapter or cord, stop using it immediately. If you use a charging stand, pad, or glass, ensure that your toothbrush is placed centrally on the charger. The toothbrush will release two short beeps, or the battery light indicator will light up, confirming that the toothbrush is placed on the charger correctly. Ensure the charger is not placed on a metal surface or near other chargers, as this may cause interference while charging. After charging, if the toothbrush does not turn on, it might be possible that toothpaste or debris could get inside the small gap around the power button. This might cause the power button to get stuck and stop working properly. Clean the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth to make sure it is free of debris.
