Saeco ViennaSuper-automatic espresso machine

I've had this machine for 7+ years and I still use it daily, it's a fantastic espresso machine for the price. I would definitely buy it again.

Our Vienna Deluxe stopped grinding after about 10 years. Everything else was still going strong, and we used it heavily for that period of time. We've bought more than a dozen for friends and family..different models, but within that price range and style. The Deluxe was our first unit....made some clunking and vibrating sounds, but they all do to some extent. No complaints here. Just received our Vienna Plus. Like several others we bought earlier, it has a tendency to "squeal" a bit when dispensing. Otherwise, it's quieter than the old unit, no "clanking" noises or vibrating when dispensing. The components fit a bit tighter than the old unit, by design, probably. We use R.O water, never had to descale the old unit, and won't here, either. Negatives: The squealing noise and lack of water volume control Positives: Nice design (narrow for countertops), great cup of coffee or expresso, good foam, good steamer, price (under $400 most everywhere)

This machine was a gift for my fiancee and it cranks out an average of 5 coffees a day. So far never gave us any issues. Cleaning is easy and quick.

I am on my second Vienna Plus. My first one lasted over 8 years before I felt it was time to replace it, although it does still work. This machine is super easy to use and very convenient. I've had more expensive super-automaticas, but I came back to this machine because it makes great espresso/lattes without any hassle. The only things I would change, would be to make the machine smaller, and to replace some of the plastic with metal. Still, a great product at a very competitive price!
