The SBD8100 is a an amazing little speaker. Sound is unbelievable from such a small speaker. My daughter got it as a gift and she absolutely loves it. Battery option makes it portable! Have recommended it to family/friends who have bought the same and they love it too!

I've had this speaker for a little over a year. It worked fine until I plugged it in and it just wouldn't turn on. I did nothing but one day it just died. It's not very durable and I don't recommend this if you need it for everyday use.

I updated my phone and suddenly the speakers don't work! I have two of these stations, and have thought them to be great sound-wise! But unfortunately after doing a routine update on my iphone 4, the message on my phone now says that the device is not supported!!! I tried to get assistance from Phillips but Phillips says I need to go back to my pre-update phone!? Why would the update on the phone have anything to do with the speakers not playing? The charger still works! I am not impressed with the customer service from Phillips on this problem.
