Philips AventConversion kit for breast pumps

For any one complaining that the converter leaks it is because with all Philips's bottles you have to use their adapter ring! Not using it will cause the bottle and use of this converter to leak! I don't have any issues with this for as long as I have the adapter ring in use while pumping. No breast milk lost, no transferring to other bottles and easy storage. Very pleased with this purchase. Works well with Medela and Ameda brand pumps. All other pumps this works with is listed on the packaging.

I've tried two sets and both sets leaked while using them. I think the problem is the bottle doesn't screw all the way to the top of the converter piece. I end up with a puddle of milk and a sticky mess. Definitely can't use these is public because of the mess and I want to cry when I see how much milk is wasted. Very disappointing.

They screw on tight and still leak. What a waste of money! The breast milk leaks even while pumping. It is so devastating because after you spend 15 minutes of pumping your milk leaks everywhere with the conversion kit is still on. And when you try to screw them off your milk spils.

These are the worst baby product I've ever used. I use the new Natural bottles which don't require the blue ring. Every time I unscrew the conversion kit piece after pumping milk goes everywhere. Makes all the avent bottles I have useless as I don't want to pump into the Medela bottles then transfer into the Avent ones and wash twice. Now I have 3 sets of bottles I can't use or get a refund for. Very disappointed.
