What does the 'Err' indication on the display of the Digital thermometer mean?

The 'Err' indication can be displayed on both the digital flexible tip thermometer and on the soother thermometer. This means there is a malfunction.

Resetting 'Err': Press the on/off button to switch off the flexible tip or soother thermometer, then press the on/off button again to switch on the thermometer

Proceed as usual in measuring the temperature

Note: 'Err' is an abbreviation for Error.
